CRAFT it UP with CoachLen is an uplifting, hands-on experience designed to spark creativity and self-discovery. In this session, we’ll celebrate your wins, learn from setbacks, and explore practical approaches to self-care, mental health, and gratitude. More than just a creative workshop, this is a wellness gathering focused on helping you thrive, reduce stress, and make intentional choices every day.

November is also Family Violence Prevention Month. CoachLen supports recovery by collaborating with non-profit case managers across Calgary to provide self-care kits and gift baskets to selected family violence survivors. You can be part of this meaningful initiative and help make a difference. Come as you are and leave feeling fulfilled, happy, and empowered.

The workshop unfolds in two parts. In the first half, you’ll learn tools and techniques to strengthen your wellness journey. Participants will gain access to the Flourishing Wellness Assessment Tool, a guided Wellness Journal, and practical tips to improve sleep habits. Through engaging, experiential activities, you’ll have fun rediscovering your own wellness rhythms.

 The second half focuses on creativity and connection. You’ll design your own Christmas or Wellness Gift Pack—a chance to prepare for the holidays in a relaxing and personalized way. Local vendors, partners, and sponsors will be on-site, offering unique items you can include in your basket. All materials and decorations will be provided.

 Engaging in creative activities such as painting, crafting, or sculpting can help lower cortisol levels and ease anxiety. When you immerse yourself in the creative process, your mind relaxes, focusing on the present moment and letting go of stress. This is your opportunity to create, connect, and recharge through creativity and wellness.
